Ingredients
- 1 lb raw, unsalted cashews
- 2 TBSP rosemary leaves (coarsely chopped)
- 1/2 tsp ground cayenne pepper
- 2 tsp sea salt
- 1 TBSP melted butter

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Place nuts on baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes until they are warmed. Meanwhile, combine the rosemary, pepper, salt and butter in a large bowl. Toss the warm nuts with the rosemary mixture until the nuts are completed coated. Serve warm.
