Each program has a basic structure but it is personalized for each individual. Together, we will explore concerns specific to you and your body and discover the tools you need for a lifetime of balance. You will have my personal commitment to your health and success.

Energy Booster:  Jumpstart your energy in 4 weeks!

If you answered yes to any of these questions then this program is for you. Energy Booster is designed to transform your energy within 4 weeks. Many people can see an increase in their energy within the first week. It is designed to increase your energy through food and lifestyle NOT through caffeine, sugar and energy drinks.

Complete Wellness: 90 Day Intensive

If you are approaching 40 or over 40, chances are you are seeing subtle changes in your body and mind. It’s never too late to address these concerns and work towards improving them. This program is designed to help you understand your body and how it changes with age, begin to feel good in your body again as well as feeling more energized and reduce brain fog. Don’t beat yourself up with negative talk and welcome each change in your life with love and grace and it will be an easier transition. I will help you feel fabulous in your body and have more energy so that you can live a non-judging life without feeling guilty or deprived.

We will meet via phone, video or in person (local clients only) for a total of twelve meetings. All meetings are confidential and your information will not be shared with anyone. Also included in this program is blood test analysis, sports nutrition assessment and learn how to measure the internal stress of your body. Post program completion will include one 30 minute phone call and one month of email support for additional motivation and answer questions. Group programs (minimum of 4 people) are available for Energy Booster and Complete Wellness

Group Programs follow the structure of "Energy Booster" and "Complete Wellness" programs. The meetings will be held via conference call and can be in person for local clients at a location to be determined. In addition to the structured outline of the program of choice, any concerns that clients are willing to share within a group environment will be addressed and discussed.

Sports Nutrition Consultation

Are you giving your body the right amount of fuel for your level of activity? Are you running out of energy during a workout? You don't have to be a professional athlete to give attention to your nutrition and athletic performance. Whether you work out 2 hours a day or 4 hours in a week you should understand what your body needs so you are performing at your peak and not depriving your body. Based on your age, gender, activity and goals your body requires certain amounts of nutrients. Each person is different and I will identify your macronutrients (proteins, carbohydrates and fats) requirements, nutrient timing and proper hydration levels to optimize your performance and health.

Blood Test Analysis

Have you ever felt tired and sluggish and you go to Dr. to get some blood work? Then you get the good news that your blood work is normal but you still don't feel great. The "normal" range is very broad and even varies based on which lab is used and where it is located. What might be normal for some people might not be normal for you. I will review your test results and translate those "normal" numbers into more actionable data, identifying what is optimal, OK, borderline or problematic. This comparison and categorization can identify potential issues and help explain current symptoms. Internal Stress Analysis

We are all too familiar with mental stress. You know the kind you get from your job or a hectic and busy life. But there are other stressors that our bodies deal with that may not seem obvious, such as physical, digestive, environmental, social and emotional. All these stressors affect our internal organs and state of health. Wouldn't it be great to understand if your body was under stressed? This program offers an analysis of your internal stress through measuring your Heart Rate Variability (HRV). You will discover your HRV through a non-invasive measurement of your Autonomic Nervous System which responds to everything: how you exercise, recover, eat, sleep and perceive stress. When you consistently measure your HRV you will see what your normal pattern looks like. Once you have your normal pattern, you can make better health, training and recovery decisions to reach your goals.

This program can be helpful for anyone interested in understanding and reducing stress in their body, improving their health and optimize their athletic performance. This is a 4 week program with the option for additional sessions to further optimize your health and fitness goals.
