Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 bunch kale leaves remove the thick stems
- 1 each banana
- 10 each red grapes
- 4-5 chunks frozen pineapple
- 1/2 TBSP flax seed
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 dash cayenne pepper *optional

Instructions
- Blend all ingredients in a blender. Add a few ice cubes if you like it to be colder and thicker. Enjoy!
