unsweetened almond milk

kale leaves
remove the thick stems

banana

red grapes
4-5
chunks
frozen pineapple

flax seed

vanilla extract

cinnamon

cayenne pepper

Instructions
Blend all ingredients in a blender. Add a few ice cubes if you like it to be colder and thicker. Enjoy!
