I adapted this recipe from MindBodyGreen. It's great to get the chocolate taste along with the great healthy fat that avocado has.

Instructions
  1. Puree the avocado until smooth. I like to use my immersion blender. (use a tall and narrow bowl)
  2. Mix the cocoa powder and milk together. Once it is combined then add to the avocado.
  3. Stir in vanilla, cinnamon and stevia if using. Optional: add chia seeds.
  4. Transfer pudding into individual bowl and store covered in fridge. When ready to eat top with chopped nuts, seeds, sliced berries, etc.
