Ingredients

avocado

raw cocoa powder
(I use cacao powder)

coconut milk or almond milk

tsp
vanilla extract

tsp
cinnamon
stevia
(taste first, then add desired amount)
Instructions
Puree the avocado until smooth. I like to use my immersion blender. (use a tall and narrow bowl)
Mix the cocoa powder and milk together. Once it is combined then add to the avocado.
Stir in vanilla, cinnamon and stevia if using. Optional: add chia seeds.
Transfer pudding into individual bowl and store covered in fridge. When ready to eat top with chopped nuts, seeds, sliced berries, etc.
