Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Grease 8x8 pan with coconut oil
  3. Mix the oats, whey, almond or oat flour and flax seed. Once combines, add almond butter, applesauce vanilla and honey.
  4. Mash the bananas into the mixture and combine. (note: I like to mash mine first and then add to the mixture for a smoother texture.)
  5. Pour batter into the pan and bake about 15 minutes.
  6. Cut to your desired sized. Since these are packed with protein, a little goes a long way so I like to cut into 18 or 36 pieces, so much smaller than the typical brownie size.
