Blueberry Sorbet
My little twist on Dr. Weil Lemon Ginger Sorbet which I also included on my website with a few tweaks.

Ingredients
1/4-1/2
cup
pure maple syrup
I prefer to make less sweet, but add what you desire
2
cups
plain yogurt
I prefer Siggis, it is thick and less sweet
1
cup
buttermilk
1/2
cup
lemon juice
use freshly squeezed
1
tsp
lemon zest
1/2-1/3
cups
fresh blueberries
add more or less depending on your taste
Instructions
Combine all ingredients into a blender. Blend until all is combined and smooth
Pour into ice cream machine. Follow your ice cream machine instructions. It will basically turn until it reaches your desired consistency.
